The hum is office building for Chelsea Clinton’s week end wedding. A vast white tent has already been set up outward the estate in Rhinebeck, N.Y.
Residents contend the celebrations have been already removing underway.
Aerial photos performed by CBS News uncover the massive, glass-front tent right divided up during the site of the large event: the posh 50-acre estate well known as the Astor Courts.
